My experience at pandora was amazing. The staff is very friendly and generous. They have patience with customer even when you cannot decide on what to get, they help you. I always recommend my family and friends to get a pandora bracelet so we can have matching charms.

My overall experience was wonderful. The sales associate Andrea was knowledgeable and polite. What I originally came into the store was for a baby bracelet for my new granddaughter and I left with two new charms , one replacement charm and a cleaned bracelet.

Randee, was very helpful for my first time shopping at this store. She help me understand how everything works when it came to the charms.
