I have always wanted to go to a pandora store and when I finally get there it was every thing I expected I buy some stuff and I love them

I didn’t have to wait in a long line and the workers were very efficient. I was also able to do my exchange easily and get the item I wanted.

The line went very fast. When it was my turn, I stated my reason for being there and I was in and out. The problem was fixed within minutes. I was very happy with my new bracelet.

The sales associate at the kings plaza mall location was professional, patient and funny. Her name is Michelle and her customer service was STELLAR!

When I got to talk to the person she was very friendly and very patient with me looking for another charm when I found the charm she explained everything I asked that made me feel very good to say to myself I will be coming to this store

My sales agent was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was able to find the charm I wanted right away. I left the store with the wrong box and and when I went back they had the box waiting for me.

Customer service was great the associates took their time and answered all my questions. Even though the line was long they did take their time with other customers and made sure they assisted them with their needs as well without rushing and took their time .
