The good are too expensive

I was highly satisfied. The store was great and I will return. I love pandora.

just two employees in the store and when I was looking for a specific item she just told us, we don't have it

I entered the store and stood at the counter I was acknowledged, someone else walked in after me was greeted as well and directed to stand at a particular spot, unaware why so I stayed where I was, which was at the counter. When that rep was done she called that person over and proceeded to help that person. I still stood waiting for assistance, when she was done with that person it was then she said if I need help please go to the spot where she sent the other customer and someone would assist me once available. There is no sign/ instruction posted as to where a line starts so how could I have known. She should have greeted me followed by instructions. Not just a hi which is what she did.

All went well, my only complaint was the wait time for a sales associate.

Well I went to exchange a charm’s and thinking to buy a next bracket but the costumer service was good so I end up buying a bracket and 6 chamrs I’m please with my services looking forward to go back to purchase some more charms for mother day

Quality and great prices but customer service is very poor

It met my expectations for what I came to purchase. I had checked online to see if it was at the particular before I visited. So to be honest I knew what I had wanted before going in and it was just a matter of purchasing the merchandise and leaving. What I would consider a simple transaction. The individuals that I spoke with were extremely pleasant as well as professional.
