The wait time was crazy even though they were only two to four people ahead of me in line, I guess this is no fault of the ladies in store but more the time each person took to purchase items(some took over 30mins)

There is always a line at the KP store. Worse time is holidays or occasions where there should be more staff. Waiting for more than an hour is just not the best thing getting off work and have other stuff to do and live a long way. However, when I get to service, it was great with the Associate

The line was at least a 40 minute wait. When it was my turn, the sales associate was extremely apathetic and not at all engaged in helping me. I bought what I had already planned and nothing more

This was my first time purchasing at pandora. The employees there were very helpful and gave me a good experience. I would mostly recommend a friend.

The fact I was not highly satisfied had nothing to do with the store, it is Christmas time and I did not know I could order it on line and pick it up.

Because the product I purchased was in easy reach..The sales representative never have to search too hard to find it. Overall she was very professional and warm..I will definitely be visiting again soon n will recommend friends and family as well.
