Need more workers .

I came in having an issue with product I brought on line, but the associate resolved it without an issue and I left a happy customer.

My security clip popped and it could no be repaired.

Just too long a wait. 2 people were walking around making boxes when they could have been taking consumers off of the long line.

Sandra was the highlight of this visit . She was pleasant and friendly. The wait time was the only downside but it’s the beginning of the holiday season so I think we should expect the wait

The sale rep was so nice and helpful. I saw what I went to purchase. Good service overall.

The sales associate was very nice.

You need more sales assistance to help the customers out

Disappointed that I was not approved for a Pandora store card. My credit score is 759. It would be much appreciated if I was given a reason for denial.
