The availability of one of the products. There were no available straight gold bands to match the ring purchased to stack it to my liking. However I still made the purchase. I would be looking at another store for the band still.

I definitely appreciate the sakes associate who helped me but it was evident she was new because she was not very knowledgable about the products.

I was satisfied. 1 went to get earrings. The selection was limited but the service and store were great

I’m am confident with Pandora jewelry. However the sales lady brought me the wrong bracelet style of bracelet twice. And she wasn’t knowledgeable of the items. She appeared shy.

The bracelet that I purchased has already broken at the clasp. While this is an easy exchange I'm not impressed by the quality.
