The lack of availability of graduation charms during graduation season - it denotes lack of planning. The service associate was not friendly at all, she seems bothered to be there. They didn't have what I was looking for, associate did not offer alternatives.

Seemed a little rushed Associate was not engaged

I bought a sea turtle charm and within 2weeks the stone fell out. I believe the charm needs to be redone in which the stone needs to be encased and not on prongs so that it will not come out

I got there and the young lady attending me got right to it. Showed me some beautiful pieces which i ended up buying. She was very nice and got me out of there fast. And i left happy with my purchase.

Lack of merchandise. Did not have a large inventory of charms.

The Charm bracelets and other rings are a little over price for my budget but overall there quality and designs are amazing. I would buy again just have to save up
