The staff at this location is not so friendly nor approachable... they don't greet as you walk in and the waiting time is always so long. I was third in line and ai waited almost 30 mins before I seen to.

The store was very well organized. The staff was very nice and helpful.Very pleasant workers there.I will go back to store there again.

They were out of the item I wanted.

I didn’t find anything I liked. There wasn’t a lot to choose from. Just not my style.

They did not have some charms that I wanted, but there was still a good selection and different options to choose from.

The exchange and return policy is very misleading

Wait times and customer service is mediocre

I waited a little longer than I expected in the store but that was due in part of the customer before me not the associate. The associate was moving with ease.
