The clasp on a chain I purchased in 2019 could not be exchanged. According to sales rep the manager said the year was over. This was during the pandemic whereby we were in the height of it & I was told I should’ve come in June 2020. Unfair

I love that pandora location they always have everything I need. I just wish that they accepted Afterpay.

I’m satisfied, I just wanted a particular rose cold bracelet style that wasn’t satisfied. Also, the jump in price from $79 to over $200 for a silver bracelet “dipped” in rose gold was a bit ridiculous.

Had I encountered a very busy store and had to to wait on being serviced then I would have chose “highly satisfied “. The time of day for my purchase and also the choice of “day” almost ensured that I would have been satisfied with my experience.

Associate were not greeting me and did not give me attention at the first place until I was showed my intention that I am really needed to buy something right away in this day and moment.
