The selection of inventory at the location I visited was limited.

The sales associate Asha was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I'm not in a rush to go back is because the charms are getting smaller. I purchased an elephant and an initial charm. The L is very slim to cost $35. I can barely see it on my bracelet. The small bracelet is now $65. My original was stretched out from the charms so it was time for a new one but as a long time customer I should have been given a discount on replacing the bracelet since this should not be considered a new sale.

I'm a customer thats not so quick to give a high rating. If I visit the store again than, I'm able to make a better decision. Also I went looking for a charm that pandora was completely sold out. So this is one reason why I had to give highly.

The sales rep said they didn’t have my size I needed for an returned item, not realizing she was getting off. I happens to speak to another rep kelicia she took the time and found the size I needed. So I went and purchase other items I looked at.

Not enough employees There were 3 associates and a line out the door

The wait on line was to long. The store was very hot making the mask 😷 requirements highly uncomfortable.

The long wait but it really wasn’t the employees fault more the customers in front of me were taking to long make up their minds.

Overall experience was good store was clean love the merchandise

It went on very quickly. Was on the line for maybe 10-15 minutes got in brought what I needed and left everything went on pretty fast . You definitely had to be first on line or else it would of been bad

There was no my size of braslet I wanted. The store could suggest more deals to customers especially on Mother's day. More support to show how your braslet can look like in this or that way.
