Due to this being my first visit I was very pleased with the assistance. She was very professional. So with that being said and my first time in store, I was pleasantly impressed, especially since there was a line. I must say the line moved quickly.

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and being the only person on the line, it took the salesperson over 5 minutes to help me after he finished with the customer he had prior to me. Other then that I have no complaint.

Store assistance with choosing charms was great. The lady assisting us was very helpful & knowledgeable of the charms and bracelets. The downside, the QR code to look at the catalog before reaching the counter did not work and we waiting in store almost 2 hours. I think they need 1-2 more employees.

Service was good

I often visit the kings plaza location to make purchases. This location need staffing or a better scheduling. Sometimes the lines aren’t that long but if this location had a better scheduling or run properly with adequate amount of staff I think the wait could be shorter. Besides the wait my overall experience was good and the sales rep that took care of me was very friendly.
