The long wait, other customers did not keep a distance and was talking loudly.

The service was excellent, didn’t have in stock what I went for but picked up a different charm

Felt safe, customer service was very helpful took her time explain the jewelry pieces

The wait was too long first it was one assistant and then another came out from the back, overall the wait was too long

All pandora items is extremely high in prices compare to how I use to shop before the pandemic

I had to wait 25 mins before I was waited on... it wasnt busy just had 2 people working and two trainees. This is unacceptable!
