All brands unfortunately lose their value in Kings Plaza based on their associates' attitudes. I will continue to shop with the brand but never again at Kings Plaza because I know my situation would've gone much differently literally anywhere else. This is a global brand that I'm sure holds customer service to a high degree no matter the price tag.
