There was no reason for me to be HIGHLY SATISFIED. I was just satisfied with PANDORA over all. All went well, Assistance was good. No issues.

The reason as to why I was not highly satisfied with my visit was because I had to wait on a line which I don't have a problem with but what bothered me was that the employees were all in the back talking. There were people in the back and in front of me that were also getting annoyed by this but overall when I was being helped it went smooth and they had what I wanted.

I felt like there should be more variety, and easier to see all charms.

I wasn’t giving the clerk’s undivided attention. She took multiple customers while I was waiting even though I was there before them.

I am use to my regular workers also could not find what I was really looking for. Came out with 2 pieces tho.

Wait time was long. Store is small. Selection is small.

I was highly satisfied due to the warm greeting as I entered the store

The customer assistance in store was terrific, i had sales reps approaching me to assist as soon as i walked in. Additionally, the sales rep that assisted me was very versed on the merchandise available in store.
