I wasn't sure who was available to help me; after waiting 10 minutes without anyone asking me for assistance, I finally asked a sales associate where i should stand to receive assistance.

The charm I wanted was not available even after asking to purchase the one that was in the display. I was assisted to find another charm. Left happy, but wanted the original charm I saw on display!

The staff was friendly they go the extra mile to make you satisfied

The Pandora Seeds Heart Split Dangle Charm I purchased has multiple scratches on when I look carefully at home. Same experience when I purchase Pandora charm at Herald Square, also experiencing bad attitude from sales. I will not recommend people to shop at Pandora store, merchandise has many scratches. Sales careless about scratches and just give to customer.

The store was small and the lines were long. I waited in a line outside of the store only to have to wait in another line inside the store. Counter space was small and congested. And then I had to wait in another line to pay for my merchandise,

I wasn't highly satisfied because the sale person was knowledgeable about the merchandise, as a regular customer I had more information about the merchandise.

I experience a problem with a charm previously purchased an was not able to replace it. I was under the impression that I would be able to, if an item was damaged. I buy a lot of charms from this store an the manger was so not interested in helping me. I did not like that at all. Won’t be returning to this location in kings plaza mall
