My husband was buying me a birthday present. I picked out my birthstone & zodiac sign. I was just told they were out, no mention of possibly ordering it for me. Th only suggestion she thought of was to buy the 3 letters to spell out LEO....highly unlikely..actually a hard no! (Because everyone should buy 3 instead of just 1). I realize she probably works on commission, but she could have offered to order it for me, thus creating good wil.

Almost all the charms I wanted for my bracelet the store didn’t have. But I did leave with a smile

I would go to the store near my home. There has to be an improved way to scan the items for purchase. Regardless of store, the sales associates are always flipping through the books and takes additional time.

I love shopping at pandora, but when I came back home with my new bracelet I found out the charms I bought last year all rusty and ugly looking. I don’t know what material they wee made up but what i paid is not worthy the merchandise. I don’t think I’ll shop at pandora anymore

I got what i was looking for. The merchandise was what i was looking for. Had good quality.

A lot of the same items were sold out..

I was not completely satisfied ,one of the charm i wanted was out of stock from 2stores I visited.

Went there for one item out of stock— however 2nd item given to replace it was defective— that however was replaced and I was able to complete my purchase
