I was not highly satisfied because of cost I bought more than I expected. Want to complete bracelet just cost so much

I had already viewed item online and I called the store to have items put aside. All I had to do was show up and pay. Nothing extra. The sale associate was polite and friendly but nothing that was not expected

When my mom and I first entered the Pandora store, we were not greeted at all. No one said anything to us. When I asked for a catalogue book one associate pretended to be too busy and I believe the store manager was the one who handed me the book. After that it took about another 10 minutes before an associate came up to us and asked us if we wanted help. Kali was amazing, polite and very knowledgeable about Pandora products. Jadi though he took a while to come to us and ask if we needed help, he was also very nice and helpful. I just want to feel appreciated after spending nearly 700 dollars in the store. So hopefully you guys can stress the importance of being warm and welcoming to all customers. Other than the minor mishaps my mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this Pandora location.

As I waited to be checked out an associate made eye contact with me and just proceed to stand by the door with another associate. It was obvious that she didn’t want to ring my items up.

There were not enough sales associates to deal with the volume of customers

I was satisfied I bought my wife her birth stone $100 she was very happy.

Many of the charms that I wanted to view were not available in store therefore I’d to select alternative items.

When visiting this store I'm use to being serviced by Ms Phillips she wasn't available at the time. Ms. Salome was good at what she does, I guess I'm just spoiled have been working with Ms. Phillips since making my first purchase. I will return tomorrow to make another purchase. Keep up the great work......
