Jasmine, the Assistant Manager, was super friendly and patient with me. She was eager to assist and extremely knowledgeable of the merchandise.

Ms. Keisha my sales associate was very pleasant. The safety chain on my daughters bracelet was stuck and would not come off so that I could add new charms. She was able to come up with a great solution so that my daughter would still be able to add charms to her bracelet. My daughter loves her bracelet! Thank you again Ms. Keisha!
