Lack of merchandise that other stores had.

Because I bought a set that came with two initials they did not have one of the initials I wanted sales rep went to the back to inquire if they had anymore and comes back and says the manger said I couldn't buy the set with just one initial first of all I would be paying same price for one when set came with two better for Pandora and second we never discussed taking only one initial. I just settled on two of the same initials. Love you forever bangle set.

not enough staff to assist customers. long line just to see a sale person

I was not highly satisfied because of the long wait I had before I could get service.

I went in for a piece for my children grandmother which I was pleased they had charm but I was going to buy a set for myself and I didn’t plan on doing that but the item I needed wasn’t in stock so ended up not purchasing the set which was $299.00

Sales person was nice and very helpful and knew the items I wanted. The store was crowded but the line went by fast. Overall, I did not have any problems while in the store and will be going back soon to purchase more jewelry.

Too many people waiting on line

The long wait on the lines. Never have the sizes I need (not enough inventory). Not enough employees during sale events.
