I just like pandora bracelets, the charms are so enticing. The service was ok, i did feel as though she was trying to push alot of charms on me.

I am a nurse and I was looking for charms related to nursing or medical. The selection was poor.

I went to the store in Kings plaza. The manager and sales were so rude as it was 30 minutes before closing. Monique was so helpful to me but the others who were restocking at the time made us move twice and prevented her from getting me the charms I was looking for. At the end of our transaction at the register the manager literally yelled at her that there were no more gifts that they had as a promotion I don't even know or by that time cared what it was. I spent over $150 dollars and they except Monique treated me like I was shopping in a dollar store. I would have rather they told me the store was closed when I first went in.

Akayla was real nice funny and helpful

When I entered Pandora, I stood around waiting for assistance. The sales rep that were not helping other customers did not seem interested in helping me. I tried to signal two sales reps at the counter, both walked pass me. I stood around for at least 10+ mins before a rep came over to assist.

Pandora merchandise is overpriced for the value. The only reason I purchased is because my daughter wanted a Pandora bracelet. Most likely I will be getting cheaper charms elsewhere.

I am looking for the charm: Confidence Rose & Clear CZ 786304CZ but could not find it. I see it from website but not on your booklet. hope there is a better way to locate a charm.
