The salesperson Tiandia S was very impatient. She seemed as if she was frustrated and not in the mood. I was also with my boyfriend, who also noticed her attitude. I went o get a bracelet for my cousins birthday, and one for myself, which my boyfriend didn't like her attitude as well, so we didn't even bother getting my bracelet at the moment. We will go back and see someone else. I would of purchased more items, if the service was more welcoming. I been in customer service for over 5 years and your attitude plays a big role on the business and also sales. My boyfriend, and I was very unhappy. She is in the wrong profession.

Service salesperson not friendly like you going buy or not it‼️Just not that helpful when I requested for sale price! She did give the water for free! The cleaning cloths should be free👌🏾

The Pandora Associate Had a very nasty attitude. Didn’t know which rings came in my size and acted as if myself and my partner was bothering her

They didn’t have one of the items I was looking for. They had the product on display but didn’t allow me to purchase the display item. I will have to buy the item online.

It was 12/23/17 in the evening. They need to come up with a better system for just customers buying gift cards only. First I had to wait 20 minutes OUTSIDE of the store, then I had to wait 30 minutes INSIDE the store just for a gift card.

Salesperson was not friendly and did not display any interest in helping me. After I made my selection I asked her to clean the pendant and she told me that the cashier would do it after I paid. Overall service was not good.

I love what i brought. THE SALES CKERK WAS VERY VERY NOT IN TUNED WITH HER JOB. SHE MADE MY SoN FIRST TIME GETTING HIS PANDORA BOT GOOG

I felt the staff wasn’t at all interested in helping me. It was my first pandora experience and would have expected more friendliness and a willingness to explain the different options available.

I understand it’s busy and holiday time. But the sales person was friendly but very hurried and just seem to not have time for me. I asked her about the keychain price but kept on saying “is this all you’re getting?”. And the line up system in this location in kings plaza mall was not organized. My experience at this location was not what I expected. Note to self to not come to this location again. Thank you
