The wait time is way too long for this store! I was so frustrated I really wanted to leave, if the other store was not so far I would have left. There needs to be a better system, like a cashier that rings up all the customer instead of the sale people.

I purchased two gifts and asked about gift wrapping since I have gotten such service at different locations, the sales associate blatantly told me that service is not given at that location. Why isn't all locations functioning the same way?

So I grandly asked the associate for some help. And she was helping someone else. So I kindly said. I’m sorry to bother can I have some help here when your done I have never gotten such side eye from someone Like simply me asking for help, like if your working retail don’t be rude to customers. Especially when we say I’m sorry to bother This other girl came to help and she was nice. The check out was quick I was in and out but the first girl. Rude

The sales associate seemed to have an attitude with me advising her on the current promotion. Then I get home and it’s the incorrect jewelry box.

I ordered my pandora bracelet to be picked up at kings plaza mall. I ordered the correct size as well and they had it in stock. But when I got there, they told me it was out of stock. And then she canceled my order just to have me pay again. She gave me 3 sizes up.

The lines were extremely long & the cashiers took their slow time & I checked online the day of purchase to make sure that what I wanted to purchase was at that particular store & it wasn't there im very dissatisfied

Was very rude the way they treat certain raise custumers and did not bother to offer me the offer that is going on right now asked what other option i have and they just looked at me and laughed... are not pleased with the service

I was standing in the line, where’s a sign, for a bit of time. Then one lady came and was standing showcase where all sales associates are. After one sales person was done this lady that was standing by showcase called her and she stated helping her I approach to them and said, that there’s a line and I have been waiting for long time. Leslie (sales) she didn’t say nothing and was keep helping this showcase lady!!! And then Leslie said someone will be with you and said that I was first, she didn’t apologize or sorry just nothing!!!!
