I was able to exchange a defective item with no issue. The associate who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. She explained everything that was happening during the process.

I brought my daughter (7yrs old) to the store and the young lady assisting us was very helpful as I wasn't sure which type of bracelet to get. She understood my concern about my daughter losing it and recommended the best one. It wasn't about the getting the big sale for her but about my comfort
