The staff was very patient and helpful. I was able to pick out the charms or my liking . Overall it was a great experience.

I went in to get a very old bracelet and charm polished (if possible) the sales associate did her best and I am very happy with the way it came out. She also assisted me with picking out a starter bracelet for my 11 year old daughter for her birthday and graduation gift.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and the associate was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and tidy. There was a lot of associates working there to help customers also.

Keisha the sale rep was great I told her the reason for my visit and the idea/concept of what I want for my cousin’s gift and she gave me a great selection and input on what can work.
