Phyllis was extremely kind and patient. I originally came in to have my bracelet cleaned which I haven't had cleaned since I first purchased in 2015. She thoroughly cleaned my bracelet and rearranged my charms in a more appealing pattern. I left with my bracelet looking "like new" and I ended up purchasing 2 new charms. I will be returning to purchase more charms and will specifically be asking for Phyllis.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because my parents were being petty but the worker were patient with them and made it very easy to understand the product.
