She recommended beautiful items and she was very convincing. She was also beautiful and sweet I wish there were more sales associates like her in retail. I placed an online order but shortly realized I had the same charm already. So I came in 2 days prior to today and the worker told me “because this is a Klarna order, they need the same card to put the money back on”. She didn’t give me the option that I could get the cash instead. But today I came in and Joanna B. helped me with no problems. She gave me options and even cleaned and polished my bracelet for me. She was really awesome.
