Annaliese was an AMAZING associate. She is by far an asset to the Pandora brand. She asked what I needed and when I told her I needed memorial pieces immediately said I'll take care of you. I told her if I answered a bunch of questions I would break down crying. She understood and handledu purchase with divinity respect and offered her condolences. She was beyond great. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She wasn't looking for a sale she made sure that the pieces reflected what my mouth couldn't say. Thank you

I came for one issue I had with my bracelet. Issue was resolved better than I even expected but my sales Rep “Ashley” is life!!! She cleaned my bracelet, told me 1 charm was damaged, I then told her I want to replace it show me some options!! She was so helpful and on point that I left with 4 new charms instead!!!!! Her customer service was so on point I coulda brought 6 more!!!!
