The store was empty I was the only customer when I stopped in so the associates were prompt in assisting me they were courteous and knowledgeable and friendly

Because everything then I went for my birthday it’s was there waiting for me to buy and I received a good customer service from the seller I will come back again.

I was highly satisfied because Annaleise was very kind and quick when it came to helping me. I just needed to replace my ring and every time I went into a pandora, they supposedly never had the ring but she was patient and checked the front and the back. There was another gentleman that was there that was very kind as well. We had a brief conversation before I left the store. Very well put together staff! I also must say, when too many people were entering the store, other staff directed them to wait outside until another sales person was able to come and assist them.

Sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable she also recommended other pieces I would be interested in and being a senior she offered me a chair to be more comfortable whice is excellent service
