I’m always satisfied when I go into this store the employees are very nice and helpful

My co-workers and I collected money to send off two of our colleagues that are moving on!!! One is going away to school and the other is moving to another state. Tyrese was the sales person that helped me the night of 7/28/21. I got to the mall only to find out the store closed at 6:00pm (It was my fault for not doing my research) Tyrese was kind enough to open the store for my cowered and I. He was very nice and he had such great knowledge of all the products and his recommendation was excellent. I don't own a Pandora bracelet or any other product, however because Tyrese was so professional and very nice I will make it my business to return and make a purchase. Tyrese is a great asset to your company. The entire team that worked that night at the Kings Plaza mall was AMAZING........

The salesperson was friendly, he conversed and was knowledgeable about the merchandise. He offered other options and once I declined the offer for a card, he wasn't pushy (which can be annoying). Service was quick, especially for this location.
