Store was very clean. Assistant was knowledgeable and answered one of my questions with a demonstration. Assistant also helped me choose the right item that I asked about.

I had to return an item I previously purchased, not because I was unsatisfied, but the person I purchased gift for, had those items already, she wanted something else, elsewhere, but I personally pick good quality and lovely jewelry

The sale associate was very polite and kind ,well knowledgeable of ever piece she was just a cool individual.

Heleena was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She shared her personal experience as well as advice on how to maintain my bracelets and charms. I ended purchasing a new charm and cleaning kit when all I wanted to do was get my bracelets cleaned.
