Kayla J is very friendly, knowledgeable, amazing personality with a spritsail presence and warm characteristic smile. I came into the store in April with my friend looking for a 40th charm and something for my mom first bracelet for mothers day and I walked out with 3 charms, newly approved Pandora credit card the store and a bracelet. I came back in to exchange the bracelet for a smaller size with my mom and once again we walked out with three charms. The manager Kayla at the Kings Plaza store was amazingggg! Top tier service! She was very friendly and bubbly while still being professional. We talked like old friends and she helped me pick out some new charms. She even recommended clips for my nearly full bracelet. Kayla did a cleaning for me as well and she made sure it was shiny and squeaky clean before giving it back. Every time I go to that location I’m going to be looking for her. Thank you Kayla! ❤️

My husband surprised me by telling me to the mall to buy me a gift. We walked passed by Pandora and saw this beautiful bracelet with a rose gold and pink air balloon. To my surprise he bought me the collection. The experience with our sales woman was terrific, professional, and answered any of our concerns. What an amazing experience.
