I went in to purchase a new charm bracelet for my sister. While I was getting help, the representative realized I had a bracelet of my own and offered to clean it. With us focusing on the purchase, I forgot my bracelet. I was sent an email, almost immediately, reinsuring me that the bracelet was going to be in a safe place and whenever I’m ready I can come back to pick it up.
