I purchased a bracelet & charms on vacation in aruba 4/14/21 and 3 days later when i arrived back home it fell off twice. I came to the store explained my issue and Anna listened and was most helpful. She measured my wrist and took my email address; which the last rep did neither of those things. Im confident now I have the correct bracelet and if have an issue my transaction can be traced with my email. Also she suggested spacers which made the bracelet look even better. Anna was great.

I would highly recommend this Pandora because the employees is very respectful and they make sure customer receive what they want and show the examples of merchandise and give you a variety of options
