I BROUGHT A BRACELET WITH SOME CHARMS ON IT AND THEY ACTUALLY TURN BLACK ALL OVER. I TOOK IT BACK AND THE SALES REP TOLD ME TO PURCHASE A SOLUTION TO CLEAN IT, AND TOLD ME TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE FOR REPLACEMENT. SHE WAS EXTREMILY NICE SO I END UP PURCHASE A NEXT ONE. I SEND MY FRIENDS TO THE STORE AND TELL THEM TO ASK FOR HER. I LEAVE THE STORE FEELING GREATFUL AND HAPPY.
