Krystal the manager was very helpful and provided excellent customer service , also very patient I was in awww with the service I received.

Considering the circumstances of the pandemic . No being able to go into the store . I was very fortunate to have had the pleasure of having a young man by the name of Tyrese Patterson assist me he provided excellent customer service , very patient and pleasant .

I was greeted respectfully upon entrance. Although I didn’t have my have my receipt to exchange my purchase, the manager provided assistance with the transduction so that I can exchange for what I needed. The sales associate that helped me had lots of knowledge of the products and was able to offer different options that would fit what I was looking for and also had a great attitude and customer service.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service that I received on my visit and was overly excited that there was not a long line as usual at this particular location.

It was very easy to find a few items. The Welcome was Super. Lots of Besutiful new pieces.

The employee greeted me as soon as I walked in. Said do you need any help. Helped me with what I needed and cleaned my bracelet for me and help me put it on.
