The sales person really understood my pain as to want to make my Daugther happy with her gift. She also knew the charm I was looking for. The other staff were friendly and understanding that I came in the just before closing and was having doubt about what to get and didn’t rush me to leave.

The service was really friendly and welcoming. The lady who assisted me was a great help and was very patient. I just wish I had her name to give her the credit she deserves. The manager was also very helpful as well. They did their job well.

Your sale associate Diomaris Bautista was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and even while she was helping me she still made time to talk and answer every question from my 8 yrs old little girl. I would definitely return for my xmas purchases and wait for her assistance. I've made purchases at other Pandora stores but never received good costumer service like I received from Diomaris Bautista.

We arrived late. The store knew we were looking to just exchange some charms since I had received them as a gift and they weren’t what I liked. The salesperson and the manager were so patient and courteous- especially when I couldn’t make up my mind what I wanted. They did not rush me even though it was about closing time and they closed up a few minutes late. They were fantastic!!!!

I was helped as soon as I walked into the store. I explained to the sales representative why I was there and she immediately assisted me and resolved my problem.
