Tinadia was a wonderful sales lady. She helped me put a beautiful gift together for my girlfriends birthday which was tha next day. I really appreciated all her help.

I was impressed of the urgency in customer care. The sales associate took time to answer all questions and even give choices of selections.

I was helped and treated nicely and I got what I was looking for!

This was my actual first time visiting the store and I was looking to pick out a bracelet i wasn't sure of what i wanted and Tinandia came to my rescue. Sovi will be returning soon for my bracelet but i did end up getting earrings on this visit. She was knowledgeable, polite and curteous as well as easy to connect with.

The Sales agent JADI was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and extremely helpful in helping me decide on my purchase. Patient with me and not rushed.

The sale rep Angie @ the Kings plaza location was very helpful. I was in there to exchange a charm that I from 2 day before because my mom had ot already. So I needed to get a safety chain. So she helped me purchase one and also advised me on what I need for my bracelet. Since I had no knowledge lol. Will differently go back.

When i walked in all associates were busy. Diomaris was the first to be free. She came over while i was walking around and offered her assistance. I didn't know what i wanted but I wanted to see charms. She asked me what do i like i honestly didn't know. She was so helpful and patient that i left with a charm i would have never chosen on my own. Now I'm addicted to buying more charms
