I had a outstanding experience reason being, I’m a very picky individual. No matter how many times I said can I see this one or not my style the associates helped me the best they could. Great customer service outstanding patience!

Friendliness knowledge of the customer service representative was amazing. I just asked for a ring and she was able to get me different options that I loved.

The sales lady was very helpful and courteous. She was very understanding of my needs. I did not need to wait long to be helped. The ring I bought was exactly what I wanted.

The staff was super friendly and easy to talk to. Went in for pickup and somehow ended up buy more charms😬🤷🏽‍♀️. I guess it was their nice personality that got me lol

I have been a long standing customer of Pandora and have always been satisfied with the quality of service. One thing I would suggest is that stores don’t skimp on packaging. My bracelet was boxed in a generic white gift box without a Pandora logo.

The girls working were so helpful and provided insight on how to properly clean my pandora bracelet. I had asked if they were able to clean it and they says unfortunately no but showed me how I could do it at home with the cleaning product. They were also patient at the counter as I was looking for a new charm. Great experience!

I enjoyed the professionalism and customer service I received. The clerk knew what I wanted with one description. That was fast and friendly.

I originally went in for the Harry Potter line that I was unaware was no longer available. I was still able to find and design a new bracelet.
