Karina was wonderful. She was patient and cared for what I was looking for. She had other customers and she told them she would be with them in a moment. She acknowledged everyone who entered the store. I would definitely go back.

I love my past purchases with pandora which definitely influenced me to make another purchase. The staff was extremely helpful in picking sizing and helping decide on what I wanted to buy. The staff also did a free cleaning on my other jewelry which I appreciated .

I bought a moments bracelet before Christmas last year that was the wrong size. I have been patiently waiting for a different size to be sent to the store. Linda Kammer kept updating me about the bracelet not yet in stock. She had kept checking for me with District Managers about the issue. She finally convinced one to have another store send one of their stock to the Pleasant Prairie store so that I could exchange my bracelet. I had bought 8 beads and couldn't wear them until now! Thank you to Linda for going above and beyond for me, the customer, since I had waited such a long time for the exchange!
