My associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to answer our questions. We purchased bracelets at another store and she gave us some useful tips on filling our bracelets that the previous associate did not tell us. She gave us her recommendations and we really appreciated it.

The sales lady help come to a decision of picking the gift because as I guess O had no clue on what necklaces or charms were the best choice to purchase for different occasions..They took the time out to show diffraction items..She also took time after the purchase to shine my gift and pack it nice..She had a very nice friendly vibe about herself.

I was highly satisfied because when I got in the store the employee worked with me even though I didn’t know what charm I was trying to replace but we found it in the end and she also cleaned my bracelet for me without me asking her too not to me she smiled the whole time while assisting me
