The staff was very knowledgeable about the product, making recommendations and explaining why. She was very patient and respectful in going through my bracelets I had brought in to clean. (Some of the beads were not Pandora.) No pressure on purchasing. Great staff!

I was highly satisfied because it was my first time purchasing something at pandora and the sales associate (Asad) was very helpful, attentive, and knew exactly what pieces to show me from what I explained to him that I like. Also, when I arrived at the store, there were 4 people in front of me and the same sales associated took my name down as soon as I walked in the door and within 5 minutes, I was being helped so I was very pleased that I didn't have to wait a long time because I was in a bit of a rush.

This was an excellent experience. While one Associate helped my daughter and me pick selections, another Associate offered to clean our Pandora jewelry. It looks beautiful. The Associate helping us asked excellent questions, was extremely personable and made this a wonderful experience.
