What I liked most was that the salesperson was not only kind but also informative on taking care of the product. I have lots of pandora jewelry that is tarnished and now I know how to take care of it.

I was asked what I liked a and what was my interest. I was also suggested done charms that I did not know where available. I also was able to purchase charms online that was not available in store with help and ease.
