Overall I was very satisfied with my visit. The store was very clean and the service I was provided was great. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in and I was helped ever step of the way.

Friendly Staff greeted us as we walked in the door. Our salesperson Associates #226375 definitely knew the products. She helped and suggested charm placement for my bracelet and even suggested a charm for my 16 yr old granddaughter. Thank you for the wonderful experience 😊

The sales associate was very nice and helped me out at exactly what I wanted! However there other times I have gone into the Pandora store at Pleasant Prairie prime outlet mall and the sales associates were very rushed and annoyed when I asked to see items. But this percise sales associate, she was extremely patient and attentive to me!

They were pretty quick to attend us, and they took our name to make sure we were attended. They showed us varieties of charms for bracelets and helped us find the one we needed.
