I am new to the Pandora line of products. The sales associate was very helpful in explaining the types of bracelets and how to wear them with the charms and clips. She demonstrated how to get the bracelet off and on and how to clean it. Very helpful and would go back to get the clips for new new bracelet! She was also personable and chatted with me for a while about traveling in general.

The quality of the products and the sales staff were great.

The clerk at the door let us in but did not give us a number. Everyone behind us got a number so everyone with a number went ahead of us. It seem that at this store being a Black American gets on pushed to the rear.

i wasn't to happy with this specific store, my sales lady was extremely rode, her name is Linda a she works at of the pleasant prairie store.

It was my first visit to a Pandora store with my niece. I had no intention of buying anything, she was looking. But once I looked I liked what I saw. The staff was very attentive but not a push over. Good Job Pleasant Prairie!
