The associate knew the product very well and was able to make suggestions since I am new to purchasing at pandora. I purchased a bracelet in honor of my 60th birthday coming in December. Now I can request charms for a present. I am very happy with my purchase and the associate that serviced me. I forgot her name because I don't recall seeing a name tag.
