Associates were extremely helpful in helping me pick out the right bracelet for my wife. They showed me some kits that were very useful in what type of charms that I could be looking for. They showed me all types of charms and included to inform me about clips that I would need to by in the future, which I decided to pick up also.

I was treated as I came through the door in a friendly manner. I did not have to wait for assistance even with the store being very busy. The sales associate (Linda) was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive.

The associate helped me with the merchandise was very friendly. I don't like all the merchandise underneath each other. Hard to see all the different charms.

I have found what i was looking very easy-- and the associates were very helpful at the time of my visit.
