the sales associate helped me put all my charms on my bracelet. She just took the time to be very thorough with me and i LOVED it!

The store was a bit busy. The associates treated everybody with respect and greeted us upon entering the store. Linda was extremely helpful.

I was able to get what I was looking for. Although I waited about 10-10mins for a customer associate I was happy with the service that Linda provided me. I was there to only purchase one charm but came out with 3! I also would have liked to have my bracelet cleaned however the store was fairly busy and had a long wait for cleaning.

It was very crowded the day i went (due to the sale). I waited quite a bit but they took my name and kept checking in. At my turn, despite the amount of shoppers I never felt rushed by the sales associate.

Even though I had to wait in que for service, once it was my turn I received personalized one-on-one attention. She listened to what I wanted and showed me things to match. Any question I had she gave examples to eliminate any fear.

My sales associate Andrea was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to find the charms I was looking for. She is really an amazing person.
