I called to ask about a certain piece of jewelry they offer to put it on hold for me due to the item selling fast i went to pick it up service was faSt staff was friendly I even added to more items

The experience was great. The sales ladies were so nice and helpful with every question I wanted to know. The store looked very clean and comfortable.

We walked in at the perfect time when there was two or three people in store. The associate asked if we needed help and we asked to see the rings. The store started getting a bit busy but the associate kept her full attention to us. That was greatly appreciated since we wanted to pick out the perfect rings. She was super patient and very friendly and made us feel comfortable while we looked for what we wanted. After our purchase she even cleaned our other pandora rings we already had and was very quick with it. I will definitely return to this location and hope I get that associate again. Thank you Sasha!

The staff was friendly. They greeted us when we entered the store and thanked us for coming when we were leaving. It was a really good experience.

Everything was amazing, the customer service and the quality of the item. I was thinking about returning and getting a charm bracelet for myself. One thing I’d improve on is getting more locations! There’s only 3 in San Antonio all in the opposite side of town! Closest one is 25 min away!
