The associate who helped me pick up my order was very courteous and friendly. After the easy process of picking up my order, I decided to look for another charm. I asked the same associate and she as extremely helpful and patient. I could not have been more satisfied with the experience.

She put the bracelet together for me, since I mentioned it was a gift and she thought it would look nice if it were presented with the charms on it already.
