Lorena M. was wonderful! She was so patient with me and my sister’s mother-in-law. She took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed. She was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us both!

The lady that helped me before failed to mention that the buy 2 get 1 free promotions weren’t just for the charms so I made the return and repurchased what I had bought previously because I wanted to add items to my purchase because I had purchased a ring during my last purchase and if I had known the promotion was also valid for the rings I would have purchased another which I did this time! Thank you very much to Megan who really helped me out!

It was first time at pandora and it was amazing. I always wonder what I could fine. I found the perfect piece, I’m so in love.

While visiting the San Antonio Tx North Star Mall location my family & I were assisted by a very helpful associate named Marle. This was my first time shopping in store & she was very kind to our young daughter that we were buying a charm bracelet for. She even put the bracelet on her before we left. Definitely will return.

I am 77 years old so was comforted by the spacing of customers inside the store after I had waited in line at intervals marked 6 feet apart. There was also hand sanitizer so felt that with everyone wearing a mask, I was safe to shop and pleased with what I found. Colton was very pleasant and helpful.
